JOHN WARREN
Chief Executive Officer
SUMMARY
Mr. Warren was commissioned as an officer in the USMC and served four years of active duty mainly in Southeast Asia. Mr. He served as Special Agent with the FBI for twenty-five years in approximately ten offices throughout the United States. He was actively involved in investigations concerning wire fraud, bank fraud, embezzlement, organized crime, racketeering influence in corrupt organizations (RICO), foreign counter intelligence, terrorism and narcotics.
Mr. Warren received specialized training with the FBI in Counter Terrorism Operations, Financial Crimes, Personal Protection Services and Management. He was commissioned with Personal Protection assignments with the Attorney General of the United States. He has on several occasions qualified as an expert witness for the FBI.
After leaving the FBI in 1988, Mr. Warren was appointed Director of Security and Loss Prevention for a National Food Producer and was a member of the U.S. Congressional Sub-Committee on Security of Food Production. Mr. Warren joined the national private investigative firm of Murphy & Maconachy & Associates, Inc. as Senior Vice President and partner.
Mr. Warren started his own investigative group, Warren & Associates, in November of 2001 and in 2002 expanded the company under name of Warren, Candias & Associates, Inc. as its CEO.
- Ø Mr. Warren manages, coordinates and supervises the company’s white-collar cases, which include intellectual property, environmental, fidelity and financial institutions investigations. He established and coordinates the company’s Executive Protection and Security programs.
- Ø Mr. Warren has managed substantial foreign financial investigations and political assessments in several countries, to include Israel, Egypt, India and Palestinian Territories. On behalf of the Palestinian People and Democracy Council, Mr. Warren supervised a Transparency Investigation regarding the companies comprising the Palestinian Investment Fund in Gaza and the West Bank.
- Ø Mr. Warren supervises and participates in the toxic tort environmental investigations and investigative programs. He has conducted numerous plant and dump site claim investigations. He has participated in the interviews of hundreds of former employees and pertinent witnesses to these investigations.
- Ø Mr. Warren developed a cadre of former FBI and government contacts throughout North America , Central America, Europe and Asia that are in positions to provide investigative support to WC&A clients.
Mr. Warren attended Syracuse University and Gordon College, graduating with a degree in Political Science/ and attended the Syracuse University Law School.

Mr. Warren is a member of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Agents Association; the Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI; FBI/Marine Corps. Officers Association; the American Society of Industrial Security, and the International Narcotics Officers Association.
